As a PlayStation Underground GAP member, I received a special demo package in the mail that included a folded poster and flag with the disc.I also got a second copy mailed to me in a standard cardboard sleeve, which I still have sealed - this is the one game that I wanted to buy at the time, but didn't. I never quite got around to it.
EDIT: Added the Sony Catalog number above, and I also confirmed that there was a PAL release (published by SCEE).
